We plan, build, and refine the systems behind products that work exactly as they should.

Parametric by default
Every SKU starts with a physical tool, but not with a blank CAD file. Once a bin’s footprint is modeled, new variants become configuration changes — not ground-up designs.

Availability is computed, not guessed
What you can buy reflects real production capacity — available printers and filament on hand — not a static inventory count. The site sells only what the shop can produce.

A gate at every handoff
Every part is serialized and tracked from the print queue to carrier handoff. If it doesn't pass QC, it doesn't ship. If it misses the truck, we know about it.

A brand of our own
Build Volume Labs stays in the background. Each brand carries its own voice; we carry the volume underneath.
Stow Co.
Build Volume Labs’ first product brand. Stow Co. makes exact-fit PETG organizer inserts for the Klein MODbox™. Tools are laser-scanned; the resulting organizers are modeled in CAD, printed as single-piece trays on Bambu Lab hardware, and fit-checked before shipping. Designed and made in Texas.

ABOUT BUILD VOLUME LABS
Built and run by one person.
Founded in 2026, BVL operates from Farmers Branch, Texas, where every product is designed, printed, and fit-checked.
Build Volume Labs was founded in 2026 by Sean Shriver, a solutions architect with thirteen years at Amazon Web Services. The company operates from Farmers Branch, Texas, and manufactures on-site.
Shriver handles design, production, and fulfillment for every brand. He brought the same habits from systems work: find the real constraint, measure it, and design for what happens in practice. Those habits became the foundation every brand ships on — parametric CAD, a capacity-aware print farm, and a scan gate at each station.
